| We want you and your recipient to be happy with your purchase. Floral arrangements on average remain attractive for 5 to 7 days depending on the type of flowers used. Therefore, we have an unconditional 48 hour guarantee. Let us know within 48 hours if there is some issue or problem with your flowers, and we will replace them or issue a refund. Beyond 48 hours, depending on the situation, we will work together to determine a resolution. All replacements or refunds require return of the original item. |
